171. 1. This rejoicing is an emphasis of the previous rejoicing and a statement that their happiness is not merely due to the absence of fear and grief, but also because of Allah's blessings and His boundless grace and mercy. And some commentators have said that the first happiness is related to the brothers who remain in the world, and this second happiness is due to the reward and honor that Allah, the Exalted, has bestowed upon them Himself (Fath al-Qadir).
