And so many a moving (living) creature carries not its own provision! Allâh provides for it and for you. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.

(Ayah 60) {وَكَاَيِّنْمِّنْدَآبَّةٍلَّاتَحْمِلُرِزْقَهَا … :} After worrying about one’s life while migrating, the very first thought that comes to mind is: if we leave our homeland, where will we eat from? Allah Almighty has given reassurance regarding sustenance, that provision is not restricted to any particular place; Allah’s sustenance is general for all creation, whoever they may be and wherever they may be. In fact, those who migrated, their sustenance increased in abundance, breadth, and excellence far more than before; thus, in a short time, they became rulers of cities in all regions. Therefore, it is said, how many animals are there that do not carry their provision with them, nor do they have food for tomorrow in their homes; Allah Almighty arranges new sustenance for them every new day and provides every creature with whatever it needs, even granting in abundance everything needed by ants in the depths of the earth, birds in the air, and fish in the water. (See Surah Hud: 6) {’’ وَهُوَالسَّمِيْعُالْعَلِيْمُ ‘‘} He hears everything of His creation and knows it as well, so He delivers the sustenance of each one to them. It is narrated from Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: [ لَوْأَنَّكُمْكُنْتُمْتَوَكَّلُوْنَعَلَیاللّٰهِحَقَّتَوَكُّلِهِلَرُزِقْتُمْكَمَاتُرْزَقُالطَّيْرُتَغْدُوْخِمَاصًاوَتَرُوْحُبِطَانًا ][ ترمذي، الزھد، باب في التوکل علی اللہ : ۲۳۴۴۔ ابن ماجہ : ۴۱۶۴، و صححہ الألباني ] “If you put your trust in Allah as He deserves to be trusted, you would be provided for as the birds are provided for: they go out in the morning with empty stomachs and return in the evening with full bellies.”

60-1. کَاَیِّنْ contains the kaf of resemblance, and its meaning is "how many" or "a great many."
60-2. Because they do not have the strength to carry away (their food), nor can they store it; the meaning is that sustenance is not restricted to any particular place, rather Allah's provision is general for His creation, whoever they may be and wherever they may be. In fact, Allah granted the Companions who migrated sustenance that was more abundant and pure than before, and shortly thereafter, He made them rulers over many regions of Arabia.
60-3. That is, whether someone is weak or strong, whether they possess means and resources or are deprived of them, whether they are in their homeland or are migrants and homeless, the Provider for all is Allah alone, who delivers sustenance to the ant in the corners and crevices of the earth, to the birds in the air, and to the fish and other aquatic creatures in the depths of the sea. On this occasion, the meaning is that fear of poverty and hunger should not become an obstacle to migration, because Allah is responsible for your sustenance and that of all creatures.
60-4. He is aware of your deeds and actions, and your outward and inward states, so fear only Him, and do not fear anyone besides Him! In obedience to Him lies happiness and perfection, and in disobedience to Him lies wretchedness and loss.

60. And how many creatures are there that do not carry their own provision! Allah provides for them [92] and for you, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
[92] The Meaning of Tawakkul:
One major obstacle in migration is the concern for one’s livelihood. The migrant not only leaves behind his means of sustenance in his homeland, but he also worries about what his means of livelihood will be in the place to which he migrates. To trust in Allah’s promise and be certain despite such fears is what is called tawakkul (reliance upon Allah). It is being explained here that there are countless living beings who receive new sustenance every day, and the One who provides sustenance even to animals—why would He not provide for His obedient servants? Thus, Hazrat Umar ؓ says that the Prophet ﷺ said: “If you rely upon Allah as is His due, you would be provided for as the birds are provided for: they go out hungry in the morning and return with full bellies in the evening.” [ترمذی۔ ابواب الزہد۔ باب ماجاء فی قلة الطعام]
