Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 58) ➊ { وَ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ …:} In verse (54) and (55) before this, the abode of the disbelievers was mentioned; in this verse, Allah Almighty has mentioned the best abode prepared for His true believing servants: those who believed and did righteous deeds, We will lodge them in lofty chambers of Paradise. (See Furqan: 75; Zumar: 20) Beneath which rivers of water, milk, wine, and honey will be flowing. (See Surah Muhammad: 15) They will be able to direct these rivers wherever they wish. (See Dahr: 6) They will abide therein forever. (See Kahf: 2, 3 and 107, 108).

{ نِعْمَ اَجْرُ الْعٰمِلِيْنَ:} That is, those lofty chambers of Paradise are a very good reward for those who act.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

58-1 That is, the dwellings of the people of Paradise will be elevated, beneath which rivers will be flowing. These rivers will be of water, wine, honey, and milk; moreover, they will be able to direct them wherever they wish, and their course will turn in that direction.

58-2 There will be no danger of their decline, nor will they have any fear of death, nor any fear of having to move elsewhere.

Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

58. And those who have believed and done righteous deeds—We will surely settle them in lofty chambers [90] of Paradise beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever. How excellent is the reward for those who act!

[90] That is, in the case of migration, your worldly interests will also be harmed and you may face various kinds of difficulties. In exchange for these, the reward that Allah has prepared for you is far better than all those things you are concerned about.
