Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 50) ➊ { وَقَالُوْالَوْلَاۤاُنْزِلَعَلَيْهِاٰيٰتٌمِّنْرَّبِّهٖ:} When the polytheists were left speechless in the face of the proofs of the truth of the Qur’an and the Prophet, they would present strange and peculiar objections and demands, which were based on stubbornness, arrogance, and obstinacy. Allah Almighty mentioned some of their objections and their answers. Among them, the first objection was: why have no signs been sent down upon this Prophet? By this, they meant miracles like the she-camel of Salih (peace be upon him) and the staff of Musa (peace be upon him). Allah Almighty said: Tell them, signs and miracles are only with Allah and in His control; neither is it in my power to show whatever miracle you demand, nor is it my responsibility. My responsibility is only to keep warning you about the consequences of disobeying Allah Almighty and to keep cautioning you.
➋ Huffaz (memorizers of the Qur’an) should remember that in the entire Qur’an, {’’ لَوْلَاۤاُنْزِلَعَلَيْهِاٰيٰتٌمِّنْرَّبِّهٖ ‘‘} is found only at this place. In all other places, it is in a singular form like {’’ نُزِّلَعَلَيْهِاٰيَةٌ ‘‘} or {’’ اُنْزِلَعَلَيْهِاٰيَةٌ ‘‘} only.

1. That is, these signs are sent down by His wisdom and will, upon whichever servants He chooses to send them down; in this, no one besides Allah has any authority.
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani

It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
50. And they say, “Why have signs (miracles) not been sent down to him from his Lord?” [82] Say, “Miracles are only with Allah, and I am only a clear warner.”
[82] Sending down miracles is the work of Allah, and I do not claim divinity that I could, upon your demand for a miracle, show you a miracle of your liking. My duty is only to convey to you the message of Allah and to save you from a bad end. If I am falling short in this, then let me know.
