Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 20) { قُلْ سِيْرُوْا فِي الْاَرْضِ … :} That is, besides reflecting on your own self, also ponder over the creation of other things and travel around to observe. Reflect on the signs of the earth and the heavens, look at the heavens, the stars, the earths, the mountains, the trees, the forests, the streams, the rivers, the seas, the fruits, the fields—just look at them, none of this existed before, then Allah created everything. All these signs manifest the power of Allah Almighty; from this, deduce the possibility of the second life as well. Surely, Allah is fully capable of everything, both in creating for the first time and in recreating. In the previous verse, there was a command to reflect on your own soul and self; in this verse, there is a command to reflect on the universe.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

20-1. That is, look at the signs of Allah spread throughout the horizons, reflect upon the earth, how it has been spread out, mountains, valleys, rivers, and seas have been made in it, and various kinds of sustenance and fruits have been produced. Do all these things not indicate that they have been created and that they have a Creator?

Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

20. Say, "Travel through the earth and see how Allah originated the creation [32]. Then Allah will bring forth the second creation. Indeed, Allah is Powerful over all things."

The Cosmic System Within Every Particle:

Now, if a person reflects upon other objects of the universe and inanimate things, he becomes even more deeply immersed in astonishment. Every material thing is composed of countless tiny particles. The smallest particle known to man is the atom, which until the nineteenth century was considered indivisible, meaning such a minute particle that further division was thought impossible. And it can only be seen with the help of a powerful microscope. However, current research has revealed that even within this tiny particle, there is a very strong system established. It contains electrons as well as protons, and both are revolving within this tiny particle in a highly regulated manner, just as our solar system and the planets revolve around the sun. Nothing can prevent them from performing their assigned tasks, nor do they interfere in each other's work. Every material body is composed of countless such particles. And if the system present within this particle is broken, immense energy is obtained from this tiny particle, with which, in the present age, the atom bomb is made. Now it is up to man whether he uses this energy for his constructive needs or uses it for destructive purposes to destroy and ruin humanity. Now the question is: can the Being who created every material thing in such an astonishing manner for the first time not create such a creation again? Current findings have proven that matter only changes its form; nothing of it is completely annihilated. This research has made the belief in resurrection after death much more comprehensible, because every single particle of matter is under the direct control of Allah Almighty.
