And say [(O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) to these polytheists and pagans.]: "All the praises and thanks be to Allâh. He will show you His Ayât (signs, in yourselves, and in the universe or punishments), and you shall recognise them. And your Lord is not unaware of what you do."

(Ayah 93) ➊ { وَقُلِالْحَمْدُلِلّٰهِ:} And say, “All praise is for Allah, Who is the possessor of all perfect attributes.” Whether someone accepts guidance or not, it does not make any difference in His praise. If all jinn and mankind, the first and the last, were to become the most righteous-hearted person, it would not increase His sovereignty in the least, and if all jinn and mankind, the first and the last, were to become the most wicked-hearted person, it would not decrease His sovereignty in the least.
➋ { سَيُرِيْكُمْاٰيٰتِهٖفَتَعْرِفُوْنَهَا:} Soon He will show you His signs, and you will recognize them, that yes, these are the very signs which Allah and His Messenger had promised, but recognizing them at that time will not benefit you. This address is to the disbelievers of Makkah; Islamic victories and the remnants of destroyed nations are also included in this, and the signs of the nearness of the Hour also fall under this. See Surah Ha Mim As-Sajdah (53).
➌ { وَمَارَبُّكَبِغَافِلٍعَمَّاتَعْمَلُوْنَ:} Under this phrase of the verse, Ibn Kathir has mentioned with a strong chain from Ibn Abi Hatim the saying of Umar bin Abdul Aziz, he said: [ فَلَوْكَانَاللّٰهُمُغْفِلًاشَيْئًالَأَغْفَلَمَاتَعَفِّيالرِّيَاحُمِنْأَثَرِقَدَمَيِابْنِآدَمَ ][ ابن کثیر : 219/6 ] “If Allah were to be neglectful of anything, He would surely be neglectful of the footprints of the son of Adam, which the winds erase (but Allah is not neglectful of even these).” The intended meaning is this verse: «{ اِنَّانَحْنُنُحْيِالْمَوْتٰىوَنَكْتُبُمَاقَدَّمُوْاوَاٰثَارَهُمْ }»[ یٰس : ۱۲ ] “Indeed, We give life to the dead and We record what they have sent ahead and their traces they left behind.” And Ibn Kathir has narrated regarding Imam Ahmad, may Allah have mercy on him, that he used to recite these two verses of poetry, which are either his or someone else’s:
“That is, whenever you are alone at any time, do not say, ‘I am alone,’ rather say, ‘There is a mighty Watcher over me,’ and never assume that Allah is ever neglectful even for a moment, nor that anything hidden is outside His knowledge.”

93-1 That He does not punish anyone until He establishes the proof.
93-2 We will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves so that the truth becomes clear to them. If they do not believe after seeing these signs in their lifetime, then at the time of death, they will surely recognize these signs. But the recognition at that time does not benefit, because at that time faith is not accepted.
93-2 Rather, He is watching everything. In this, there is a severe warning and a great threat for the disbelievers.

93. And say, "All praise is for Allah alone. Soon He will show you His signs [103] and you will recognize them. And your Lord is not unaware of what you do."
[103] That is, such signs by which you will clearly know that the things I used to say were indeed true and correct. That is, Allah Almighty will disgrace you in this world and will support the Muslims in every difficult time and will help them. And despite your utmost hostile efforts, Islam will remain exalted. At that time, you will fully recognize that the promises made to you were also true, this Quran was also true and right, and I am indeed the Messenger of Allah. And without accepting all this, there will be no other way left for you. Thus, at the conquest of Makkah and then after the declaration of Bara’ah, these realities became clear to all the disbelievers and polytheists, and there remained no other way for them except to accept faith.
