2. A guidance [2] and good news for the believers.

[2] While describing the qualities of this Book, Allah Almighty has mentioned only "guidance" and "good news" instead of "one who gives guidance" or "one who gives good news." In other words, this Book is the embodiment of guidance and the embodiment of good news. The use of these words contains both eloquence and clarity. However, this Book is guidance and good news only for those who consider it to be revealed from Allah Almighty and who believe in Allah with faith in the unseen. And those who do not consider it to be revealed from Allah at all—neither can it be guidance for them nor good news.
