Treasures, and every kind of honourable place.

58-1. That is, when Pharaoh and his army set out in pursuit of the Children of Israel, they never had the chance to return to their homes and gardens. Thus, by His wisdom and will, Allah deprived them of all blessings and made others their heirs.

58. And We brought them out from gardens and springs, and treasures and splendid dwellings [40].

Pharaoh's Pursuit:

Within a few days, Pharaoh gathered a massive army to pursue the Children of Israel and set out to suppress them. He thought that within a few days, they would capture them and bring them back, and those who resisted would be killed. Little did he know that the palaces and gardens he was leaving behind to pursue them would never be seen by them again. And this army, which set out to hunt the Children of Israel, would itself become prey to death.
