وَنَزَعَ يَدَهُۥ فَإِذَا هِىَ بَيْضَآءُ لِلنَّـٰظِرِينَ ﴿33﴾
And he drew out his hand, and behold, it was white to all beholders!

33-1. That is, when he took his hand out from his collar, it was shining like a piece of the moon; this was the second miracle that Musa (علیہ السلام) presented.

And he drew out his hand (from under his arm), and it was shining [26] before the onlookers.

[26] This first miracle alone was enough to convince Pharaoh. While the effects of this miracle were still present on the Pharaoh's people, Musa (peace be upon him) began the second sign: he placed his right hand under his left armpit, and when he took it out, rays of light began to shine from it, dazzling the eyes of Pharaoh and his courtiers. Pharaoh and all the courtiers, lost in amazement, were being affected by these signs.
