Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 26) {قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ وَ رَبُّ اٰبَآىِٕكُمُ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ:} Pharaoh incited the courtiers, so Musa (peace be upon him) included them in his address as well and said, "The Lord of all worlds" is the One who is your Lord and the Lord of your earliest forefathers, who existed before, exists now, and will continue to exist in the future. Although this point had already come under {’’ رَبُّ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَ الْاَرْضِ ‘‘} that the heavens and the earth were created before Pharaoh's birth, so how could he become their Lord, Musa (peace be upon him) brought the matter even closer by referring to them and their ancestors, saying, think, when your fathers or grandfathers existed, were this claimant to lordship present at that time? And in the future, when your children's children exist, where will this so-called lord be then?

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

Moses said: "He is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers [19]."

[19] Before the courtiers could respond, Moses (peace be upon him) again addressed Pharaoh in the full court: You are under the impression that after seizing control of all the resources of the land, you have become the lord of your subjects. I am speaking of that Lord who has direct control over all resources. If He were not to send rain for a year or several years, you would be left longing even for your own food, let alone your subjects. The Lord of all the worlds is the One who has been providing sustenance to you and all your forefathers, and He alone is your true Lord. I am the messenger of that Lord of all the worlds.
