Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 186,185) ➊ { قَالُوْۤا اِنَّمَاۤ اَنْتَ مِنَ الْمُسَحَّرِيْنَ… :} This is the same answer that the people of Thamud gave to Salih (peace be upon him).
{ وَ اِنْ نَّظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ الْكٰذِبِيْنَ:} This {’’ اِنْ ‘‘} is actually {’’إِنَّ‘‘} whose subject {’’نَا‘‘} is omitted: {’’ أَيْ وَ إِنَّا لَنَظُنُّكَ مِنَ الْكَاذِبِيْنَ‘‘} meaning our assumption does not go anywhere except that you are one of the liars.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The People Denying Sayyiduna Shu‘ayb (علیہ السلام) by Calling Him Insane and Merely Human:

In response, the people said: Your mind does not work properly. What do you know of the tricks and secrets of trade? If we follow your words, in just a few days we will be defeated in this field and lose our capital as well, because the competition is very tough. And we think that your claim of prophethood is nothing but a deception. You are just a needy human like us. What quality do you possess that is greater than ours, that we should consider you special? And you consider yourself truthful in your claim of prophethood, so bring upon us the punishment with which you keep threatening us. Drop a piece of the sky upon us. It should be noted that the Quraysh of Makkah also demanded a similar punishment from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, as has been mentioned in Surah Bani Isra'il, verse number 92. And the disbelievers of Makkah are being told that before you, a nation has already made such a demand for punishment. Then, the fate that befell that nation, the same or something similar is going to happen to you as well.
