(Ayah 77,76) ➊ { قُلْمَايَعْبَؤُابِكُمْرَبِّيْ:’’ مَا ‘‘} Here, it can be either negative or interrogative, meaning "My Lord does not care about you," or "Why would my Lord care about you?" "My Lord" is said because the address is to the disbelievers, who do not truly accept Him as Lord. ➋ { لَوْلَادُعَآؤُكُمْ:} This address is to the disbelievers, because it is said further: «{ فَقَدْكَذَّبْتُمْ }» "So indeed you have denied." The meaning of {’’دُعَآؤُكُمْ ‘‘} has been explained by Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) as {’’إِيْمَانُكُمْ‘‘}. [ طبري بطریق علي بن أبي طلحۃ و ذکرہ البخاري ] That is, my Lord is giving you respite so that you may believe in Him, worship Him, and supplicate to Him, because He created jinn and mankind only for His worship. So if you do not believe and worship Him and do not supplicate to Him, then He does not care about you at all. One interpretation is also that even the disbelievers call upon Allah Almighty in times of severe distress, and Allah Almighty, when He wills, listens to their plea and removes their distress. See Surah Al-An'am (40, 41), Yunus (22), Ankabut (65), Rum (33), and Luqman (32). It is said, Allah Almighty is giving you respite and even removes your difficulties when you call upon Him, and this is only because of your calling upon Him. Despite this, you have denied, so know that His punishment will surely reach you. Thus, even in this world, at the Battle of Badr and on other occasions, they saw that punishment with their own eyes, and the Day of Resurrection is not far either.

76. Therein they will abide forever. What an excellent place of settlement [94] and residence!
[94] The excellence of Paradise as a place of residence can be gauged from the hadith narrated by Sahl bin Sa'd Sa'idi ؓ. He says that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A place in Paradise as small as the space occupied by a whip is better than the whole world and whatever is in it."
