➋ {قَدْ يَعْلَمُ مَاۤ اَنْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ :} That is, whatever way you are upon, whether good or bad, Allah Almighty certainly knows it.
➌ { وَ يَوْمَ يُرْجَعُوْنَ اِلَيْهِ …:} By informing is meant giving them the recompense of their deeds. After addressing the hypocrites, mentioning them in the third person is a rhetorical shift, which expresses displeasure.
➍ {وَ اللّٰهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيْمٌ :} This is the completion of the subject of {’’ قَدْ يَعْلَمُ مَاۤ اَنْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ ‘‘}; previously, only the knowledge of the hypocrites’ conditions was mentioned, now it is said that He not only knows your conditions but is fully aware of everything.

64-2. This is a warning to the opponents of the Messenger ﷺ that whatever actions you are committing, do not think that they can remain hidden from Allah. Everything is within His knowledge, and He will give reward and punishment accordingly on the Day of Resurrection.

[103] That is, those people who slip away from the gathering of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, or mock Islam and the Muslims, and devise conspiracies to hinder its path. Such people may remain hidden from the eyes of the Messenger or other Muslims, but Allah Almighty is aware not only of their deeds and actions, but even of the thoughts in their hearts, and He is also capable of punishing them. Therefore, on the Day of Resurrection, He will gather everyone before Him, inform them of their misdeeds, and also punish them for it.
