أَيَعِدُكُمْ أَنَّكُمْ إِذَا مِتُّمْ وَكُنتُمْ تُرَابًا وَعِظَـٰمًا أَنَّكُم مُّخْرَجُونَ ﴿35﴾
"Does he promise you that when you have died and have become dust and bones, you shall come out alive (resurrected)?
أَيَعِدُكُمْ ayaʿidukum Does he promise you

(Ayah 35){ اَيَعِدُكُمْ اَنَّكُمْ اِذَا مِتُّمْ … :} In the previous verses, the rejection of the Messenger is mentioned, and in this verse, the rejection of his message, that is, the denial of the Resurrection, is mentioned. In their view, being brought back to life after death was impossible, although for the One who created the first time, recreating is not at all difficult.
