Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah 23){ لِنُرِيَكَ مِنْ اٰيٰتِنَا الْكُبْرٰى:} Here {’’ مِنْ ‘‘} is in the sense of "some," meaning We granted you the staff and the shining hand to show you some of Our great miracles. It also means that We gave you these miracles to show you some more of Our great miracles. For their details, see Surah Bani Isra'il (101).

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. 23. This is so that We may show you some of Our greatest [18] signs.

[18] These two miracles were given to Sayyiduna Musa (Moses) ؑ at the very time he was granted prophethood, and along with them, this promise was also made that in the future, whenever necessary, We will continue to show you Our miracles. And these two miracles were given to you as proof of the truthfulness of your prophethood. In the first miracle, the manifestation of Divine Power was intended, which was necessary for a rebellious king like Pharaoh, and in the second miracle, there was an indication towards the bright path of guidance, which is the objective of the Prophets (peace be upon them).
