Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah 22){ وَاضْمُمْيَدَكَاِلٰىجَنَاحِكَ … :} In another place, its detail has come that it was commanded to put your hand into your collar, and when you place it against your side, it will come out shining white, but that whiteness will not be a defect like leprosy, rather it will be a miracle. The clarification "without any defect" is given because leprosy is considered very disgraceful.

The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
22. 1. The meaning of "without any defect or disease" is that the hand becoming white and shining in this manner is not due to any illness, as the skin of a person with vitiligo becomes white. Rather, this is another miracle that We are granting you. Just as at another place, both of these miracles are mentioned (فَذٰنِكَبُرْهَانٰنِمِنْرَّبِّكَاِلٰىفِرْعَوْنَوَمَلَا۟ىِٕه) 28. Al-Qasas:32) 'So these are two proofs from your Lord for Pharaoh and his chiefs.'
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran — Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani
Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
22. And draw your hand close under your arm; it will come out shining [17] without any harm. This is another sign.
[17] The second miracle given was that when you placed your right hand under your arm and then took it out, it would come out shining so brightly that eyes would be dazzled by it. Neither did Sayyiduna Musa (peace be upon him) feel any discomfort from this, nor was it a sign of any illness, and it would continue to shine until you placed it back under your arm.
