Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. (Ayah 83){ اَلَمْ تَرَ اَنَّاۤ اَرْسَلْنَا الشَّيٰطِيْنَ …:’’ اَزًّا ‘‘} In the lexicon: { ’’ أَزَّ يَئِزُّ ‘‘} and {’’ اَزَّ يَؤُزُّ اَزًّا ‘‘ } (ض، ن){ ’’ أَزَّ الشَّيْءَ ‘‘ } He moved something intensely. {’’ اَزَّ النَّارَ ‘‘} He kindled the fire. {’’ اَزَّتِ الْقِدْرُ ‘‘} The pot began to boil intensely. {’’أَزِيْزٌ كَأَزِيْزِ الْمِرْجَلِ‘‘} The sound like the boiling of a pot. That is, do you not know that the disbelievers who have decided that under no circumstances will they accept the truth, We have imposed devils upon them, who intensely incite them towards evil and keep throwing them into the fire of sins in such a way that they, in their agitation, keep boiling like a pot and blazing like flames.
