So when they had passed further on (beyond that fixed place), Mûsâ (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "Bring us our morning meal; truly, we have suffered much fatigue in this, our journey."

(Ayah 62) ➊ { اٰتِنَاغَدَآءَنَا :} It is understood that taking food along for a journey is the Sunnah of the Prophets (peace be upon them) and is not contrary to reliance (tawakkul) upon Allah, and that hunger, thirst, fatigue, forgetfulness—in short, the things that befall humans—also befall the Prophets (peace be upon them), because they too are human, and also that whatever ailment a person faces, he may mention it, provided his intention is not to complain against Allah Almighty. ➋ {لَقَدْلَقِيْنَامِنْسَفَرِنَاهٰذَانَصَبًا:} Perhaps the reason for this fatigue is to make one realize the blessing that, while traveling on the right path in pursuit of knowledge, there is special help from Allah Almighty, due to which there is no fatigue, and when His help is not present, a person becomes exhausted.

62. So when they had passed beyond it, Musa said to his servant: "Bring us our meal; surely this journey of ours has made us very tired." [61]
[61] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said that this fatigue befell him (Musa) when he had gone past his intended destination, not before that.
