(Ayah 43){ سُبْحٰنَهٗ وَ تَعٰلٰى عَمَّا يَقُوْلُوْنَ عُلُوًّا كَبِيْرًا :} That is, the polytheists who associate partners with Allah, or say that the angels are the daughters of Allah, Allah is absolutely pure and infinitely exalted above their statements in every way. No one has any authority against Him; He alone is the independent Owner and Ruler of this universe, without any partner.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. 43. Exalted is He, and far above [53] what they say.

[53] That is, these absurdities of the polytheists are confined only to these people and limited to their region of land, and the Being of Allah is far above and exalted beyond such nonsensical notions of these people.
