Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah46){اَوْ يَاْخُذَهُمْ فِيْ تَقَلُّبِهِمْ …: ’’تَقَلُّبٌ‘‘} Walking around, that is, in the activities of life, while walking, coming and going, in their city or on a journey, He may seize them anywhere. {’’ بِمُعْجِزِيْنَ ‘‘} This is the active participle form from the verb {a'jaza yu'jizu i'jazan} of the 'if'al' pattern, the literal meaning is "those who make helpless," that is, if Allah wills, He may seize them while they are busy walking around, and then it is not possible that they escape from Allah’s grasp or make Allah helpless in seizing them. {’’ بِمُعْجِزِيْنَ ‘‘} The letter "ba" is for emphasis of negation, therefore the translation is "in no way can they make (Allah) helpless."

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

46. 1. It can have several meanings, for example, 1. When you travel for trade and business, 2. When you adopt various tricks and methods to promote business, 3. Or when you go to your beds at night to rest. These are the different meanings of تَقَلُّب. Allah Almighty can hold you accountable in these situations whenever He wills.
