Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

(Ayah19){وَ اللّٰهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّوْنَ وَ مَا تُعْلِنُوْنَ:} No one except Allah can know the deeds of all people; knowing hidden deeds is out of the question, even open deeds cannot be known. Even if a few deeds of a few people come to his notice, how can he know the deeds of countless humans? Whereas Allah knows not only the open deeds of all jinn and humans, but also their hidden deeds, and even the secrets of their hearts. See the exegesis of Surah Ta Ha (7) and Surah Al-A'la (7). Therefore, do not think that despite your shirk and disbelief, the mercy He shows you and the countless blessings He gives you are because He is unaware of your deeds; rather, despite all this ingratitude and disobedience, His kindness is so that perhaps your eyes may open and you may refrain from your misdeeds. In this, there is a warning for the disbelievers that only He should and can be the deity who knows everything, both open and hidden.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

19. 1. And accordingly, He will give reward and punishment on the Day of Resurrection. The righteous will be rewarded for their goodness and the wicked will be punished for their evil.

Tafsir Taiseer ul-Quran (Facilitation of the Quran) is a comprehensive Quran commentary by Maulana Abdul Rahman Kilani, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. Known for his eloquent and accessible writing style, Kilani authored this tafsir with a focus on clarity — making Quranic meanings understandable to the common reader. The tafsir provides detailed historical context for verses related to battles and expeditions, and firmly refutes modernist ideologies using strong scriptural evidence. It is widely regarded as an invaluable resource for understanding the Quran and countering deviant interpretations. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

19. And Allah knows whatever you conceal [20] and whatever you reveal.

The Characteristics of Being a Deity:

The ungrateful, disobedient, and polytheistic people should not think that Allah is unaware of their shortcomings and deeds. Rather, He knows all their apparent and hidden actions and movements, and even then, out of His grace and favor, He continues to give them the opportunity to benefit from these blessings.
