Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim — Hafiz Abdus Salam Bin Muhammad Bhutvi
Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim is a 4-volume Quran commentary by Hafiz Abdus Salam bin Muhammad Bhutvi, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar and Sheikh ul-Hadith from Pakistan. Based on over 45 years of teaching and research, this tafsir follows the methodology of Tafsir bil-Ma'thur — interpreting the Quran through authentic Hadith, statements of the Companions, and the understanding of the early generations (Salaf). It is distinguished by its complete avoidance of Israeliyyat (Judeo-Christian narratives) and unverified reports. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.
(Ayah94) {فَاصْدَعْبِمَاتُؤْمَرُ … : ’’ صَدَعَيَصْدَعُ،الْأَمْرَ ‘‘} To explain a matter thoroughly and {’’صَدَعَبِالْحَقِّ‘‘} to openly and loudly proclaim the truth. In the beginning, the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to invite people to Islam secretly, but after these verses, instead of inviting secretly, he was commanded to clearly and openly announce the commands of Allah and to ignore the polytheists without worrying about them. Along with this, Allah Himself took the responsibility of dealing with those who mocked and ridiculed you. This command was revealed in Mecca; when he went to Medina, fighting with the disbelievers and the People of the Book began, and due to the danger, the noble Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) used to guard you. When the verse of Surah Al-Ma'idah (67) «{ يٰۤاَيُّهَاالرَّسُوْلُبَلِّغْمَاۤاُنْزِلَاِلَيْكَمِنْرَّبِّكَوَاِنْلَّمْتَفْعَلْفَمَابَلَّغْتَرِسَالَتَهٗوَاللّٰهُيَعْصِمُكَمِنَالنَّاسِ }» (O Messenger! Convey what has been revealed to you from your Lord, and if you do not, then you have not conveyed His message, and Allah will protect you from the people) was revealed, you put your head out of the tent and said to the guards: [ يَاأَيُّهَاالنَّاسُ! Go away, for Allah has protected me."

94. 1. The meaning of اَصْدَعْ is to proclaim openly. Before the revelation of this verse, you used to preach secretly; after this, you began to preach openly. (Fath al-Qadeer)

So proclaim openly [50] what you are commanded, and do not care about those who associate others with Allah.
[50] The Command to Proclaim the Message Openly:
In the beginning, the call to Islam started secretly, and this period lasted for more than three years. Then came the time when Muslims began to perform prayers and recite the Quran in some open areas of their homes outside the House of Arqam. During this period, the Quraysh had imposed a restriction that Muslims should not recite the Quran aloud, because their children and women would be affected by it. They were also prohibited from performing prayers or reciting the Quran in the Ka'bah, and the pressure from the Quraysh was so intense that the Muslims were forced to migrate to Abyssinia. Then, after a few years, the time came when Allah Almighty commanded the message to be proclaimed openly and said that there should be no concern whatsoever for the mockery of the polytheists in this matter; We will deal with such people Ourselves.
