    Assalamu alaikum I want to ask Hulu for my husband because he's not capable to take care of me even my needs we are three in numbers wives but he is not working like he used to buy food but we provide what we use to cook it black spices oil I do not love him again please can I ask him for divorce but I asked him for diverse he said that she would that he is not capable yet

    Dear sister, may Allah ease your hardship and guide you to what is best for your dunya and akhirah. A woman has the right to seek khulʿ (خلع) if she no longer wishes to remain in the marriage—especially if love and basic rights are missing from the relationship.


    Since you mentioned that:


    • He is not fulfilling your rights (such as maintenance, food, and care),
    • You no longer have love for him,
    • You already requested khulʿ but he says he is "not capable yet"—

    Then you are Islamically allowed to take your case to a Shariah court or a reliable Islamic authority. The husband’s refusal to grant khulʿ doesn’t invalidate your right to request it through proper channels. A judge (qadhi) or imam with authority can finalize it on your behalf if valid reasons are proven.


    Please seek help from:


    • Local scholars or Islamic organizations,
    • Women’s support groups in your area,
    • Or, if needed, online Islamic fatwa services.

    And always continue to make du‘a to Allah ﷻ to open the best path for you.
