Hadith 2480
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا الْجَارُودُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ، قَالَ : الْبِنَاءُ كُلُّهُ وَبَالٌ ، قُلْتُ : أَرَأَيْتَ مَا لَا بُدَّ مِنْهُ ، قَالَ : " لَا أَجْرَ وَلَا وِزْرَ " .
Abu Hamza narrates that Ibrahim Nakha'i says: Every house, every building, all constructions are a cause of burden. I asked: What is your opinion about the house which is necessary to build? He said: There is neither any reward in it nor any sin.
Hadith 2481
حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِئُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي مَرْحُومٍ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ تَرَكَ اللِّبَاسَ تَوَاضُعًا لِلَّهِ وَهُوَ يَقْدِرُ عَلَيْهِ دَعَاهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الْخَلَائِقِ حَتَّى يُخَيِّرَهُ مِنْ أَيِّ حُلَلِ الْإِيمَانِ شَاءَ يَلْبَسُهَا " , هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ ، وَمَعْنَى قَوْلِهِ حُلَلِ الْإِيمَانِ : يَعْنِي مَا يُعْطَى أَهْلُ الْإِيمَانِ مِنْ حُلَلِ الْجَنَّةِ .
Narrated by Mu'adh bin Anas al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever gives up wearing fine clothes out of humility for Allah, even though he is able to wear them, Allah will call him on the Day of Resurrection before all creation so that he may choose whichever garment of the garments of the believers he wishes to wear, and put it on." © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan (good).
2- By «حلل الإيمان» are meant the garments of Paradise that will be given to the believers.
