باب مَا جَاءَ فِي خَاتَمِ الْفِضَّةِ

Hadith 1739
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ : " كَانَ خَاتَمُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ وَرِقٍ ، وَكَانَ فَصُّهُ حَبَشِيًّا " ، قَالَ : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، وَبُرَيْدَةَ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the ring of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was made of silver and its stone (agate) was from Abyssinia 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib through this chain,
