باب فِي ثَوَابِ الشَّهِيدِ

Hadith 1661
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ يَسُرُّهُ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا غَيْرُ الشَّهِيدِ ، فَإِنَّهُ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ إِلَى الدُّنْيَا ، يَقُولُ : حَتَّى أُقْتَلَ عَشْرَ مَرَّاتٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ، مِمَّا يَرَى مِمَّا أَعْطَاهُ مِنَ الْكَرَامَةِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No one who is in Paradise wishes to return to the world except the martyr. He wishes to return to the world and says: (I wish) to be killed ten times in the way of Allah, because of the honor he sees which Allah has bestowed upon him." © Imam Tirmidhi says:
This hadith is hasan sahih.

Hadith 1662
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، نَحْوَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
`With this chain also,` a similar hadith is narrated from Anas (may Allah be pleased with him). © Imam Tirmidhi says:

Hadith 1663
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنْ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لِلشَّهِيدِ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ سِتُّ خِصَالٍ : يُغْفَرُ لَهُ فِي أَوَّلِ دَفْعَةٍ ، وَيَرَى مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ ، وَيُجَارُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ ، وَيَأْمَنُ مِنَ الْفَزَعِ الْأَكْبَرِ ، وَيُوضَعُ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ تَاجُ الْوَقَارِ الْيَاقُوتَةُ مِنْهَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا ، وَيُزَوَّجُ اثْنَتَيْنِ وَسَبْعِينَ زَوْجَةً مِنَ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ ، وَيُشَفَّعُ فِي سَبْعِينَ مِنْ أَقَارِبِهِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ .
Miqdam bin Ma’dikarib (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There are six rewards for the martyr with Allah: (1) With the first drop of his blood, his sins are forgiven; (2) he sees his place in Paradise; (3) he is protected from the punishment of the grave; (4) «فزع الأكبر» (on the Day of Great Terror) he will be safe; (5) a crown of honor will be placed on his head, a single ruby of which is better than the world and all that is in it; (6) he will be married to seventy-two (72) heavenly maidens, and his intercession will be accepted for seventy of his relatives.” 1. © Imam Tirmidhi says: This hadith is hasan ghareeb.
