باب مَا جَاءَ مَا قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ إِنَّ هَذِهِ لاَ تُغْزَى بَعْدَ الْيَوْمِ

Hadith 1611
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْبَرْصَاءِ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ يَقُولُ : " لَا تُغْزَى هَذِهِ بَعْدَ الْيَوْمِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَفِي الْبَاب ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَسُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ صُرَدٍ ، وَمُطِيعٍ ، وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَهُوَ حَدِيثُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، فَلَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ حَدِيثِهِ .
Harith bin Malik bin Barasa (may Allah be pleased with him) says that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "After today, until the Day of Resurrection, there will be no jihad (fighting) against the disbelievers in Makkah." __QUR_N__
Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is hasan sahih, that is, the narration of Zakariya bin Abi Zaida which has come through Sha'bi,
2- We know this hadith only from his narration,
3- In this chapter, hadiths have also come from Ibn Abbas, Sulaiman bin Surad, and Muti' (may Allah be pleased with them).
Imam Tirmidhi says:
