Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "None of you should sell over the sale of his brother 1 and none should propose over the proposal of his brother." © Imam Tirmidhi says:
- The hadith of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) is Hasan Sahih,
- In this chapter, ahadith have also been narrated from Abu Hurairah and Samurah (may Allah be pleased with them),
- It is narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: A man should not bargain over the bargain of his brother.
- And according to some people of knowledge, in the hadith narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the sale refers to bargaining and haggling.
