Hadith 1248
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ وَهُوَ الْبَجَلِيُّ الكوفي، قَال : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا يَتَفَرَّقَنَّ عَنْ بَيْعٍ إِلَّا عَنْ تَرَاضٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ .
Narrated from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The seller and the buyer remain at liberty (to cancel or confirm the bargain) as long as they do not separate with mutual consent." © Imam Tirmidhi says:

Hadith 1249
حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " خَيَّرَ أَعْرَابِيَّا بَعْدَ الْبَيْعِ " . وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ .
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) gave an Arab the option after a sale. This hadith is Hasan Gharib.
