Umm al-Mu’minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had two thick Qatari garments on his blessed body. When he would sit and sweat, they would become heavy on him. Clothes from such-and-such Jew from Syria arrived. So I said: If only you would send someone to him and buy two garments from him on the condition that you would pay the price when you have the means. You sent a man to him, and he said: I know what he wants; his intention is to seize my goods or my dirhams. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “He is lying. He knows very well that among the people, I am the one who fears Allah the most and fulfills trusts the most.” .
Imam Tirmidhi says: 1- The hadith of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) is Hasan Gharib Sahih. 2- Shu’bah has also narrated it from ‘Ammarah bin Abi Hafsah. 3- Abu Dawood Tayalisi says: One day Shu’bah was asked about this hadith, so he said: I cannot narrate it to you until you stand up and kiss the head of Harami bin ‘Ammarah bin Abi Hafsah (who is one of the narrators of this hadith), and Harami was present among the people. He said this being extremely pleased with the hadith. 4- In this chapter, hadiths have also come from Ibn Abbas, Anas, and Asma bint Yazid (may Allah be pleased with them).
