بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي بَوْلِ مَا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ
Chapter: What Has Been Related About The Urine Of That Whose Meat Is Eaten
Hadith 72
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ , وَقَتَادَةُ , وَثَابِتٌ , عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ نَاسًا مِنْ عُرَيْنَةَ قَدِمُوا الْمَدِينَةَ فَاجْتَوَوْهَا ، فَبَعَثَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ ، وَقَالَ : " اشْرَبُوا مِنْ أَلْبَانِهَا وَأَبْوَالِهَا " , فَقَتَلُوا رَاعِيَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاسْتَاقُوا الْإِبِلَ وَارْتَدُّوا عَنْ الْإِسْلَامِ ، فَأُتِيَ بِهِمُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَطَعَ أَيْدِيَهُمْ وَأَرْجُلَهُمْ مِنْ خِلَافٍ وَسَمَرَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ وَأَلْقَاهُمْ بِالْحَرَّةِ . قَالَ أَنَسٌ : فَكُنْتُ أَرَى أَحَدَهُمْ يَكُدُّ الْأَرْضَ بِفِيهِ حَتَّى مَاتُوا ، وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ حَمَّادٌ : يَكْدُمُ الْأَرْضَ بِفِيهِ حَتَّى مَاتُوا . قال أبو عيسى : هَذَا حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَكْثَرِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ ، قَالُوا : لَا بَأْسَ بِبَوْلِ مَا يُؤْكَلُ لَحْمُهُ .
´Anas narrated:` "Some people from Urainah arrived in Al-Madinah, and they were uncomfortable (and ill from the climate). So Allah's Messenger sent them some camels from charity. He told them: "Drink from their milk and urine." So they killed the camel driver that Allah's Messenger sent, and they violently drove off the camels, and apostatized from Islam. So the Prophet came to them, he cut off their hands and feet on opposite side, and branded their eyes, and threw them in Al-Harrah." Anas said, "So I saw one of them working over the ground with his mouth, until they died."
Hadith 73
حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْأَعْرَجُ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ غَيْلَانَ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ الْتَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ : " إِنَّمَا سَمَلَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَعْيُنَهُمْ ، لِأَنَّهُمْ سَمَلُوا أَعْيُنَ الرُّعَاةِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا غَرِيبٌ ، لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا ذَكَرَهُ غَيْرَ هَذَا الشَّيْخِ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ زُرَيْعٍ ، وَهُوَ مَعْنَى قَوْلِهِ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ سورة المائدة آية 45 ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَ : إِنَّمَا فَعَلَ بِهِمُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ هَذَا ، قَبْلَ أَنْ تَنْزِلَ الْحُدُودُ .
´Anas bin Malik narrated:` "Allah's Messenger only poked out their eyes because they had poked out the eyes of the camel driver." Abu 'Eisa said: This Hadfth is Gharib. We do not know anyone who mentioned it other than this shaikh, from Yazid bin Zurai. And it is in accordance with the meaning of Allah's saying: "And wounds equal for equal" It has been reported that Muhammad bin Sirin said: "The Prophet only did this to them before the legislated punishments were revealed."
