From this hadith, it is understood that it is preferable to enter Makkah during the daytime, but this depends on ability and possibility.

(Based on corroborating narrations, this hadith is sahih li ghayrihi (authentic due to supporting evidence); otherwise, its narrator "Abdullah al-Umari" is weak. See Sahih Abi Dawud: 1629, and Sunan Abi Dawud: 1865.)

The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) stayed at the place of Dhi Tuwa during the night.
