Brief Explanation
1؎: That is, regarding wealth, there is no further obligatory right upon you such that its extraction may be demanded from you. As for sadaqat al-fitr and other necessary expenditures, these are not among the rights of wealth; rather, the cause of their obligation is not the wealth itself but other circumstantial factors, such as kinship, marriage, etc. Some have said that the obligation of these duties was established after zakat, therefore, objection based on them is not valid in this context.

English Translation:
1:
That is, regarding wealth, there is no further obligatory right upon you for which you may be required to give from it.
As for zakat al-fitr (charity of breaking the fast) and other necessary expenditures, these are not among the rights of wealth;
the cause for their obligation is not the wealth itself, but rather other circumstantial factors, such as kinship, marriage, etc. Some have said that the obligation of these duties arose after zakat, therefore, objection on this basis is not valid.
