´Abdullah bin As-Sa'ib narrated:` "Allah's Messenger would pray four (Rak'ah) after the Zawal of the sun before Az-Zuhr. He said: 'It is an hour in which the gates of the heavens are opened, and I love that a righteous deed should be raised up for me in it.'"
1؎: It is possible that these are the same four rak‘ahs of emphasized Sunnah (sunnah mu’akkadah) before Zuhr; no one has clarified whether these are two separate prayers or both are the same. 2؎: This hadith has been narrated by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah, and in it, the phrase “the one who says salam at the end” is weak (see Sahih Abu Dawud 1153).
