´Zaid bin Arqam wrote to Anas bin Malik, comforting him over those of his family and children of his paternal uncle who suffered on the day of Al-Harrah. So he wrote to him:` "I give you glad tidings of good news from Allah. I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'O Allah forgive the Ansar and the children of the Ansar, and the children of their children."

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Dr. Abdur Rahman Freywai
Explanation:
1:
"The Day of Harrah" refers to the incident in which, in the year 63 AH, the armies of Yazid, under the leadership of Muslim bin Qutaybah Murri, attacked Madinah, plundered its people, and devastated the city. In this event, many Companions (sahabah) and Followers (tabi‘in) lost their lives. This military campaign was carried out because the people of Madinah refused to pledge allegiance (bay‘ah) to Yazid. (May Allah pardon him) Since this incident took place in a neighborhood of Madinah called "Harrah," it became known as "Yawm al-Harrah" (the Day of Harrah).

2:
That is: The children of yours who were lost in this incident are included in the blessing of the supplication (du‘a) of the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), therefore you should not be grieved over their death. The ultimate desire of a believer is, after all, forgiveness in the Hereafter.
