´Narrated 'Aishah, the Mother of the Believers:` "The Prophet (ﷺ) wanted to wipe the running nose of Usamah." 'Aishah said: "Leave it to me so that I may be the one to do it." He said: "O 'Aishah, love him, for verily I love him."

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Dr. Abdur Rahman Freywai
Explanation:
1:
This refers to the time when Usamah was a child.
A person wipes the nose of only that child with whom he has the utmost love.
For example, a person may sometimes love the child of a relative or a friend, but his love does not reach such an extent that he would wipe the child's nose. Therefore, the fact that the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) got up to wipe Usamah's nose is proof of his deep affection for him.
