´Narrated Jabir:` that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The Prophets were presented to me, and Musa was a thin man, it was as if he was from the men of Shanu'ah. And I saw 'Eisa bin Mariam, and the closest of the people in resemblance to him. from those I have seen, is 'Urwah bin Mas'ud. And I saw Ibrahim, and the closest of the people in resemblance to him, from those I have seen, is your companion" - meaning himself - "And I saw Jibril, and the closest of the people in resemblance to him, from those I have seen, is Dihyah." A similar hadith has been reported on the authority of Anas (with another chain of transmitters) with the exception of these words: that he again becomes a Jew or a Christian.

Hadith Commentary:Benefits and Issues: (1) Sweetness of Faith (Halawat Imani): Just as a person perceives sweetness and delight from sweet and sugary foods and confections, and due to this taste and pleasure, he feels eagerness and inclination towards them and experiences joy and happiness from them, in the same way, a person endowed with these qualities attains pleasure and joy from obedience and compliance with religious matters. He feels eagerness and desire to perform them, and after fulfilling the command, he experiences happiness and delight.
(2) In this hadith, three things are mentioned. The center and source of all three is the love of Allah, because all the causes and reasons for love (which will be mentioned shortly) are found in Allah to the utmost degree. Therefore, love should in reality be for Him alone, and love for the Messenger is due to him being His representative and beloved, and love for them (the Messenger), is the foundation for love of the righteous servants. For this reason, Islam is beloved and preferred, and disbelief (kufr) is disliked and detested. The sign and indication of love for Allah and His Messenger is obedience and compliance with them, and hatred and avoidance of their opposition.
