In one narration, it is (Subhana al-Malik al-Quddus), so the meaning will be: Recite (Subhana al-Malik al-Quddus), or "Glory is to the Sovereign, the Most Holy" (i.e., Allah Ta'ala).

(In the chain, "Musa ibn Ubaydah" is weak, and his teacher "Muhammad ibn Thabit" is unknown.)
