حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا عَادَ مَرِيضًا قَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ أَذْهِبْ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ ، وَاشْفِ فَأَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَسَنٌ .
´Ali narrated, saying:` “Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) would visit an ill person, he would said:‘[O Allah,] make the harm go away, Lord of mankind, and heal him, You are the Healer, there is no healing except your healing, a healing that does not leave any sickness ([Allāhumma] adh-hibil-ba’sa rabban-nās, washfi antash-shāfi, lā shifā’a illā shifā’uka shifā’an lā yughādiru saqama).’”

Explanation:
1:
O Allah! O Lord of the people! Remove the suffering and pain, and grant healing. You are the only Healer. There is no healing except Your healing. Grant such a healing that no illness remains at all.
Note:
(Harith al-A‘war is a weak narrator, but on the basis of supporting evidences, this hadith is hasan li-ghayrihi. In the Sahihayn, this hadith has come from Aisha radi Allahu anha.)
