Hadith Commentary: Benefits and Issues: By "the complete words of Allah" is meant those words which are free from every defect and deficiency, are beneficial and healing, and possess powerful effect. Therefore, some have interpreted this to mean the Qur'an, that I seek refuge in it, and the Qur'an is the speech of Allah and His attribute. It is permissible to seek refuge in His attribute.
