Hadith 341

حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ : كَانُوا رُكُوعًا فِي صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .
´Ibn Umar said:` "They were bowing during the Subh (Fajr) Prayer."

Brief Explanation
1؎: This is the incident of Quba. There is no contradiction between this and the previous narration, because those who were in Madinah received this news at the time of ‘Asr (afternoon prayer) itself (such as the people of Banu Harithah), while the people of Quba received this news later, during the Fajr (dawn) prayer on the next day.
