´Al-Bara' bin `Azib (ra) narrated that:` The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to lay his head upon his right hand when going to sleep, then say: “My Lord, safeguard me from Your punishment the Day You resurrect Your slaves (Rabbi qinī `adhābaka yawma tab`athu `ibādak).”

Anas bin Malik (RA) reported: Umm Sulaim who was the grandmother of Ishaq came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) in the presence of 'A'isha and said to him: Messenger of Allah, in case or woman sees what a man sees in dream and she experiences in dream what a man experiences (i. e. experiences orgasm)? Upon this 'A'isha remarked: O Umm Sulaim, you brought humiliation to women; may your right hand be covered with dust. He (the Holy Prophet) said to 'A'isha: Let your hand be covered with dust, and (addressing Umm Sulaim) said: Well, O Umm Sulaim, she should take a bath if she sees that (i. e. she experiences orgasm in dream).

Hadith Commentary: Vocabulary of the Hadith: (1) FADHIHTI AN-NISA’: (You have said something which is considered shameful to express) you have disgraced the women, because this implies that within them, there is a strong desire to go to men.
(2) TARIBAT YAMINUKI: According to Arabic idiom, this phrase is used when someone’s statement is not liked, or when one wishes to express anger or displeasure at it, or to reject it and rebuke or reprimand it, or to express astonishment and wonder; the literal meaning or a supplication (of harm) is not intended, therefore the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) used these very words for Aisha (radi Allahu anha), meaning: your statement is to be rejected, she had asked about a religious issue which indeed should have been asked.
Benefits and Rulings: Just as in the case of a man experiencing a wet dream (ihtilam), a ritual bath (ghusl) becomes obligatory, if a woman ever experiences a wet dream, she too must perform a ritual bath (ghusl); merely washing the private area and performing ablution (wudu) will not suffice.
