Explanation:
1:
All praise is due to Allah who has fed us and given us drink, and has protected us (from the evil of creation), and has provided us with shelter (for living),
while there are so many people who have neither any supporter or protector, nor any shelter or place of residence.

Hadith Commentary:
Benefits and Issues:
Whatever we eat and drink,
the shelters that are available to us, and our needs that are being fulfilled—
in other words, whatever we are receiving—
all of it is a gift from our Merciful Lord. Therefore, He alone is deserving of praise and gratitude.
In this way, through this acknowledgment of reality and through supplication, we can express gratitude to Allah for all those blessings
from which we are benefiting.

Benefits and Issues:
A servant should express gratitude for every single blessing of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.
And especially, upon seeing those who are deprived, one should humble oneself even more.
