حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأُوَيْسِيُّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ : تَتَجَافَى جُنُوبُهُمْ عَنِ الْمَضَاجِعِ سورة السجدة آية 16 نَزَلَتْ فِي انْتِظَارِ الصَّلَاةِ الَّتِي تُدْعَى الْعَتَمَةَ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ ، لَا نَعْرِفُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .
´Anas bin Malik said about this Ayah:` Their sides forsake their beds (32:16) - "It was revealed about waiting for [this] Salat which you call Al-'Atamah."
Brief Explanation
1؎ : This hadith is authentic, so according to it, the night prayer (Isha) should be understood here. (Some people have taken it to mean the Tahajjud prayer.)
