حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا أَصَحُّ مِنَ الْحَدِيثِ الْأَوَّلِ ، سَمِعْتُ إِسْحَاق بْنَ مَنْصُورٍ ، يَقُولُ : رَوَى أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ ، وَإِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : وَمَنْ سَمِعَ مِنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ قَدِيمًا ، فَإِنَّهُمْ إِنَّمَا يَذْكُرُونَ فِيهِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، وَبَعْضُهُمْ لَا يَذْكُرُ فِيهِ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، وَمَنْ ذَكَرَ فِيهِ يُونُسَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ فَهُوَ أَصَحُّ ، وَكَانَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ رُبَّمَا ذَكَرَ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ يُونُسَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ وَرُبَّمَا لَمْ يَذْكُرْهُ ، وَإِذَا لَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ يُونُسَ فَهُوَ مُرْسَلٌ .
‘From this chain’ a hadith with the same meaning is narrated. © Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This is more authentic than the first narration. I heard Ishaq bin Mansur say that Ahmad bin Hanbal, Ali bin Madini, and Ishaq bin Ibrahim — this hadith is from Abdur Razzaq, Abdur Razzaq from Yunus bin Salim, Yunus bin Salim from Yunus bin Yazid, from Zuhri,
2- Among those who heard this hadith from Abdur Razzaq, some mention Yunus bin Yazid (after Yunus bin Salim), and some do not mention Yunus bin Yazid in this narration. And the one who mentioned Yunus bin Yazid in this narration is more correct. Abdur Razzaq sometimes mentioned Yunus bin Yazid in this hadith and sometimes did not, and the narration in which Yunus is not mentioned is mursal (disconnected).

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حميد، وغير واحد , المعنى واحد ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ الْقَارِيِّ، قَال : سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، يَقُولُ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا نَزَلَ عَلَيْهِ الْوَحْيُ سُمِعَ عِنْدَ وَجْهِهِ كَدَوِيِّ النَّحْلِ ، فَأُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمًا فَمَكَثْنَا سَاعَةً ، فَسُرِّيَ عَنْهُ فَاسْتَقْبَلَ الْقِبْلَةَ وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ ، وَقَالَ : " اللَّهُمَّ زِدْنَا وَلَا تَنْقُصْنَا ، وَأَكْرِمْنَا وَلَا تُهِنَّا ، وَأَعْطِنَا وَلَا تَحْرِمْنَا ، وَآثِرْنَا وَلَا تُؤْثِرْ عَلَيْنَا ، وَارْضِنَا وَارْضَ عَنَّا " ، ثُمَّ قَالَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أُنْزِلَ عَلَيَّ عَشْرُ آيَاتٍ مَنْ أَقَامَهُنَّ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ ، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ : قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّى خَتَمَ عَشْرَ آيَاتٍ " .
´Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab [may Allah be pleased with him]:` "When revelation came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), one could hear what sounded like the drone of bees before his face. One day revelation was coming to him, he faced the Qiblah, raised his hands and said: 'O Allah! Increase us, do not diminish us. Favor us, do not withhold from us, make us pleased and be pleased with us.' He (ﷺ) said: 'Ten Ayah were revealed to me, whoever abides by them shall enter Paradise (and they are): 'Successful indeed are the believers...' until the completion of ten Ayat (23:1-10)." (Another route) from AzZuhri with this chain. [Abu 'Eisa said:] This is more correct than the first narration. I heard Ishaq bin Mansur saying: "Ahmad bin Hanbal, 'Ali bin AlMadini, and Ishaq bin Ibrãhim reported this Hadith from 'AbdurRazzaq, from Yunus bin Sulaim, from Yunus bin Yazid from AzZuhri." [Abu 'Eisa said:] Only those who heard from 'Abdur-Razzaq early mentioned in it: "From Yunus bin Yazid", while some of them did not mention in it: "From Yunus bin Yazid." And whoever mentioned "From Yunus bin Yazid" then he was more correct. Sometimes 'Abdur-Razzaq would mention Yunus bin Yazid in this Hadith and sometimes he would not mention him. [When he did not mention Yunus, then it is Mursal].

O Allah! Grant us more,
Do not decrease what You give us,
Grant us honor,
Do not disgrace or humiliate us,
Bestow upon us Your blessings,
Do not deprive us of Your bounties,
Grant us superiority (over others),
And do not grant others superiority or excellence over us,
And make us content (to worship and serve You), and be pleased and satisfied with us.

Surah Al-Mu’minun: 1 to 10.
