حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ حُيَيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ : " آخِرُ سُورَةٍ أُنْزِلَتْ الْمَائِدَةُ " ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ ، وَرُوِي عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " آخِرُ سُورَةٍ أُنْزِلَتْ " إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ " .
´Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr:` "The last Surah revealed was Surat Al-Ma'idah and Al-Fath."

And in Sahih Bukhari, it is narrated from Bara’ radi Allahu anhu that the last verse to be revealed is: ﴿يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ اللّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِي الْكَلَالَةِ﴾ (an-Nisa: 176). Reconciliation between all these statements is made in such a way that each person reported according to his own knowledge.
There is, however, no marfu‘ (attributed directly to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) narration regarding this matter.
