Brief Explanation
1؎ : Regarding placing the forehead and nose on the ground during prostration (sajdah), there are three opinions:
1- It is obligatory (wajib) to place both.
2- It is obligatory to place only the forehead; placing the nose is recommended (mustahabb).
3- Placing either one of the two is sufficient; placing both is recommended (mustahabb).

In light of the evidences, caution lies in the first opinion. A follower of the Sunnah does not need to unnecessarily seek loopholes.
