´Narrated Kathir bin 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'Awf bin Zaid bin Milhah narrated from his father, from his grandfather:` that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Indeed the religion with creep into the Hijaz just like a snake creeps into its hole, and the religion will cling to the Hijaz just like the female mountain goat cling to the peak of a mountain. Indeed the religion began as something strange and it will return to being strange. So Tuba is for the strangers who correct what the people have corrupted from my Sunnah after me."

Explanation:
1:
Sometimes it happens that the rain cloud is at the lower level of the mountain, so the goat climbs to the top of the mountain to protect itself from the rain. And sometimes it also happens that the goat is at the lower level of the mountain and a flood of rainwater comes and sweeps it away and kills it. Out of this fear, it climbs to the top of the mountain and thus protects itself from such calamities and destruction.

(In the chain of narration, Kathir ibn Abdullah is a severely weak narrator.)

Hadith Authentication
The chain of narration for this report is extremely weak.
Its narrator is Kathir bin Abdullah bin Amr bin Awf al-Muzani, about whom Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal said:
“He is worth nothing.” al-kh [كتاب العلل و معرفيه الرجال 3213ت 4922 ملخصا]
◄ Imam Yahya bin Ma'in said:
«ليس بشئي» “He is nothing.” [تاريخ عثمان بن سعيد الدارمي : 713]
In addition to them, the majority of hadith scholars have criticized Kathir mentioned above.
◄ Hafiz Haythami says:
«وهو ضعيف عند الجمهور» “And he is weak according to the majority.” [مجمع الزوائد68/6]

Note:
