حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ ذَكْوَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ الْعُطَارِدِيِّ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَيَخْرُجَنَّ قَوْمٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مِنَ النَّارِ بِشَفَاعَتِي يُسَمَّوْنَ الْجَهَنَّمِيُّونَ " , قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى : هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ، وَأَبُو رَجَاءٍ الْعُطَارِدِيُّ اسْمُهُ : عِمْرَانُ بْنُ تَيْمٍ وَيُقَالُ : ابْنُ مِلْحَانَ .
´Imran bin Husain narrated that the Prophet (s.a.w) said:` 'A group from my Ummah will depart from the Fire through my intercession, and they will be called the Jahannamiyyun."

These will be the people who, having been burned in Hell to the point of becoming like charcoal, will be taken out from there and placed into the Water of Life. There, they will grow in such a manner as a seed sprouts amidst debris carried by a flood.

➊ They will be called “people of Hellfire” in the sense that they have come out of Hell, just as if a person leaves one city and takes up residence in another city, he is generally referred to in relation to the first city by way of remembrance.
➋ This name is given so that they may remember Allah’s blessing, and so that they may feel happiness. The purpose is not to belittle them; moreover, in Paradise there will be no existence of sorrow, worry, or distress.
