Hadith 2492

´'Amr bin Shu'aib narrated from his father, from his grandfather from the Prophet (s.a.w) who said:` "The proud will be gathered on the Day of Judgement resembling tiny particles in the image of men. They will be covered with humiliation everywhere, they will be dragged into a prison in Hell called Bulas, submerged in the Fire of Fires, drinking the drippings of the people of the Fire, filled with derangement."

Benefit:
In this hadith, the condemnation of arrogance is mentioned. Every person who rejects the truth and considers others insignificant is arrogant. For the arrogant, a prison has been prepared in Hell whose name is Bawlas. If Allah, Lord of all worlds, bestows His special mercy upon a person, then that person should become extremely humble and express gratitude for Allah’s blessings. However, it is unfortunate that after receiving Allah’s special favor, he turns to rebellion against Allah Himself. As a result, on the Day of Judgment, the arrogant will be given a body like that of an ant and will be thrown into Hell. May Allah protect us from arrogance. Ameen.
